Every line is estimated from those two figures: its steel — or steel-equivalent — mass at the steel rate, stainless at 3.2×, plus its install days at the labour rate. There is no price feed behind this, so the two anchors are seeded from typical Pakistan figures as of September 2026 and are yours to correct. Type over any individual rate and yours is used instead.

Questions

How is the refrigeration duty calculated?

Heat through the envelope, plus the pull-down on warm product arriving, plus a margin for lights, fans, doors and people. Transmission comes from the panel area and the temperature difference; the product load comes from the daily intake, which on most stores is the larger of the two.

Why does daily intake matter more than capacity?

Because a full store that is not receiving anything needs very little plant — only enough to hold against the heat leaking in. It is chilling warm produce down that sets the compressor size, so a store taking in five percent a day needs far more refrigeration than one taking in one percent.

What changes below minus ten degrees?

Panel thickness goes from a hundred to a hundred and fifty millimetres, the floor needs underfloor heating or the ground beneath it heaves, doors need heated frames, and the compressors go two-stage. The take-off switches all four automatically when you set a frozen temperature.

What is not included?

The building shell and foundations, the electrical supply to the plant room, fire protection, materials handling equipment, and the land. The panels quoted here are the insulated envelope inside your structure, not the structure itself.
